Why we use it
To respond to trade inquiries and document requests, to carry out counterparty due diligence (KYC and sanctions screening) where a business relationship is proposed, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared within the BV Holdings PLC group, with inspection and logistics providers involved in a transaction, and with authorities where required by law.
Retention
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond. Due-diligence and transaction records are retained for at least five years, in line with our compliance policy.
