Sample or assay
Choose sample shipment or independent assay; nominate or agree the inspection company or laboratory.
Lot made available for sampling; assay run against the agreed methods; umpire sample retained.
Gate: assay result within specification
Contract
Review specification, tolerances, price basis, quotational period, Incoterm, inspection and payment terms.
Written contract fixing all of the above, including the document list for the shipment.
Gate: contract signed; payment instrument in place
Shipment
Receive pre-shipment inspection results and document drafts for review.
Pre-shipment inspection, export clearance, loading, and dispatch of the full document pack.
Gate: documents presented; cargo on board
Incoterms® we offer
Sea terms apply to bulk ores, cathode and scrap; gold ships by insured air freight on FCA or CIP terms. The named place is fixed in each contract.

Load ports: Port of Douala and Kribi Deep-Sea Port. Payment instruments (e.g. documentary letter of credit or payment against documents) are agreed per contract; settlement is through regulated banking channels only.
